[Resolved] VLCC — Appointment taken service not provided | |||
Appointment for mens haircut was take on 19th Nov 21 for 21st Nov 21 at 2:30pm. On reaching the center at 2:25pm the staff say that I need to wait for another 3-4 hrs for a hair cut as the staff (there is only person who does haircut) is busy with a customer already. Is this professionalism?? Should I be waiting even if I have taken an appointment?? I have travelled 20kms to reach the location and I still need to wait...the staff say that they cannot do anything... shouldn't I be expecting atleast a call saying that there will be delay in the appointment and I can come accordingly??
