Good Day, I am Dr. Sabah Khan, a regular client of VLCC New Friends Colony since almost 20 years, since it was only 1 -2 km from my office and home respectively. This year after renewal of some of my slimming, beauty and hair packages we were informed that the NFC center is closing down and all our packages have been shifted to Greater Kailash M Block. To visit this location I have to free at least 3 hours. Initially in July and August I had to return 3 times after confirmation of time and date without availing the services because they forgot to book according to my time. It was than decided to give me a fixed day and time. That is Saturday, 2:30 PM. However, on 15th October, It was preponed to 2:00 PM and when I reached on time, I had to wait for more than half hour. I was angry since I had to rush from an important meeting to be on time and thus I just got up to leave and met Pratibha, the Manager. She pacified me and I took the session and hair treatment, However, later she came to me and said although I am an old client but now I have become rude and am not able to control my anger. My point is that earlier, 2-3 times she was aware I was sent back without taking the Ayurvedic session because someone forgot to book the time/some other client wanted that slot. She just told me Ma'am its ok, next time you can take or you may go shopping. I drive 12 Km to be told sorry your slot given to someone else and not supposed to get angry. I request you to to refund the remaining sessions of mine and about Rs25000 of my family card. Was this information helpful? |
