[Resolved] VLCC — bad service and no customer sensitivity

The sector 12 Dwarka branch staff is most in-sensitive, my service was incomplete and they do not give appointment too even if slots are free. I spoke to the staff and they promised to have the service again nd after that in last over a month I have called them thrice but either the staff is not there or they do not respond

Updated by Maniesh09 have already done that many times but its been of no use and must get the refund of twice my money for the daunting experience and the way they manage and behave with customer. If your therapist are not there why are u running the counter for two months???? Why If i have called to take the normal appointment they have given, else your therapist is not there when it was said they will give service again????
