I am writing to formally report a distressing experience I had during a laser treatment at your Prayagraj (Allahabad) center on 23/3/25. The procedure resulted in black blisters in a sensitive area, causing immense pain, discomfort, and emotional distress. Additionally, the staff members and even the head manager involved, manipulated me into refraining from reporting the incident, which raises serious concerns about ethical practices at your establishment.
I trusted VLCC for professional and safe care, but this incident has not only harmed me physically but also eroded my confidence in your services. I am requesting immediate action to address this matter, including a full refund for the treatment and compensation for the physical and emotional harm caused.
Please confirm the steps you will take to resolve this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.
