[Resolved]  VLCC — cashback scheme

I got a message from you stating that my cashback balance as of 12-april-18 is rs.1249. I got a message from vlcc stating that "use your vlcc cash for a keratin hair treatment to get silky smooth hair".
Please note that i got this cash back after doing henna, facial, waxing etc. I don't want to do keratin treatment. The cashback i got is from my own money. I have the right to spend that money for the requirements i have. So please allow me to use my cash for my own requirements. If you are not agreeing for the same i will move to consumer court for solving the issue. So please reply to my complaint within a week.
