On 31st Oct 2021, I took a Laser Hair removal package(Full Arms/ Full Legs /Chin) . She was my booking incharge. Before leaving my hometown on 24th Dec 2021 I asked her if she could transfer my account to Bangalore HSR layout, Sector 2nd 27th main. She said it would be done immediately but since then I am just waiting for my account to get transferred but it's not yet done.
She hardly replies to my messages or calls. there is no proper communication from her end. Sometimes she says that she will give her manager's number (Upendra) to speak but then she never gives. I don't know what is happening at the backend. I am suffering like hell. I want to continue my services but I can't.
Kindly, transfer my account asap from - Kanpur to Bangalore. We don't expect poor quality customer treatment from a brand like VLCC.
