[Resolved]  VLCC — denying the offer which was introduced by them

I have availed the loot offer through your website @ 1. I have received the call and my appointment was confirmed and i was told it to be free. I have not received any e bill or voucher as such but i have a reference number with me.
Really horrible experience. Moreover i have connected to vlcc through call and email but i received no reply yet. I have visited the store too but they denied me for the service.
