VLCC — facial laser hair reduction service

I took a Rs16000+ laser hair reduction service from VLCC Gwalior City Center, Gwalior center and the head office people told me that the I can shift the service from any center to any other center across India. They made this promise so I paid. Now I want the service to shift to Bangalore Electronic City Center, now Customer care sometimes ask me to mail, sometimes ask me that it is not possible, every tike a different excuse and are not registering any complaints. I tried reaching then at least 10times but nobody is listening. My 16000Rs package will expire in a few months, but VLCC people are not listening. I have mailed than more than 10times.
