I am compelled to write in to you for the subscription that i had taken from vlcc for weight loss program worth inr 60174/-.
At the time of enrolling i was promised that i will be refunded the subscription amount in full in case the services are not satisfactory or if i chose to not continue further.
However the services are substandard and haven't yielded any results as promised. Only 2 service availed, a spot on & herbal massage of the 60174/- package.
I am now relocating to dubai as i am transferred by my employer. Due to the aforementioned unavoidable circumstance i would not be able to continue the subscription any further.
I have put in a request for refund to vlcc 10 days back i was told it has been referred to accounts team and they will initiate the refund, komal (Manager bandra vlcc) promised the issue will be resolved in 2 days but now 4 days have passed and there is no response from the center to my pleas. After repeated efforts today i was informed that refund is not possible, i shall have to forfeit the balance amount by taking some expensive services which again wont yield any result as per my past experience. My experience post the refund request has been so horrifying that words wont do justice to the ordeal that i have been made to face by the vlcc personnel. My experience with call center personnel too has been equally cold. I'm very disappointed that a brand like vlcc has mastered the art of extorting money in braid daylight from its innocent customers.
Let me assure you that i shall not step back in taking a legal course if the subscription amount is not refunded in the next three working days, i shall fight it till i get the refund, please be informed that i shall also seek compensation for the substandard services, inconvenience, mental harassment and time value of money if the needful is not done within the timeline mention above, and a compensation for my travel to dubai, incase i have to defer my flight to dubai due to no resolution to the issue i have mentioned.
I am appalled at the core service you provide and the extremely insolent and rude personnel at your end.
Kindly also be informed that i shall not be responsible for the consequences, if the needful is not done within stipulated time period or else if i am compelled to visit the center.
I hope you will not take it lightly and diligently initiate and ensure my refund by 3rd of september 2019.
