MY TREATMENT STARTED WITHOUT ANY DOCUMENTATION WITHOUT ANY CONSENT AND PROS AND CONS OF THIS TREATMENT WAS NOT TRANSPARENT DR. SOPHIA HEAD OF VLCC SEC-90 GURGAON SHE HAVENT MENTIONED ANYTHING RELATED TO PRESSURE INJURIES IVE COMPLAINED HER ABOUT THIS and No documentation was done, ive marks all over my body for the pressure injury which was not introduced initially as soon as they got money they showed their true colours!! Unprofessional therepist shw does not even know how to operate that cool sculpting machine. Dr Sophia was on a call (meet call) and it was on speaker and her manager was saying it out loud over a call “customer service paisa nikalwao” plan twist kro kuch bhi kro we need more customers!! Inspite of all this I trusted her.
I need my 100% refund it was not even a month with VLCC and They have shown their true colours!! Unhygienic beds, filthy glasses, unprofessional therepist, no action towards feedback and sever body injuries and pain which extend till a week they just needed money!!
Im seeking help from 3rd April 2025, Dr. sophia asked me to delete these posts in return she supposed to provide services which ive already paid for and manage appointment but its a lot to do justify her salary and VLCC reputation so she chose to ignore.
They gave me the conscent form to sign when I complained it over Twitter and I denied to sign it because my treatment was already started and they don't even shown me the conscent from initially and did not highlight the pros and cons of this treatment. On top of that they named my treatment as "Full Body hair laser treatment" to insurance company "save In" Was this information helpful? |
