Complaint against VLCC.
I was being cheated by the services that they offer me. I went for a facial. They explained to me about a skin facial plan where I was promised to get the service which I asked for with some offers. However, I didn't get the desired service instead of that they gave me something skin treatment. I am not sure what it is. And they don't explain their product and the timings. They charged me 25 thousand rupees. I want a refund.

Updated by Floraasmunmun So far I haven't been provided with the purchased bill, which is leading to a unfair trade practice. It's been a week since I have paid the amount for the service however I still didn't receive any bill.
