I visited the VLCC centre day before yesterday. I had done earlier done few treatments to which i am bit happy. However, this time when i approached VLCC i was not happy with the customer care service lady Ms. Neelam at the receptionist. She had no time for the customer nor she had a proper way of approach. Myself being a regular customer & keeping the brand i opt to give my suggestion & opinion. I had approached the Saloon for Re-bonding. The Hair dresser approched me & checked whether i did earlier. i said "yes" i did in 2012 January i belive so for RO100/- during the time shabana was the GM. She said madam we dont have RO100/-, i said i am customer & i am saying i did it in VLCC. So she said she will check & revert back. I waited for few minutes in the hair dresser saloon. She did not turn up & she was hunged with this lady Neelam, as neelam was attending other customer at the reception.She said they are unable to trace the bill of 2012, however they will check & revert back.Till date nobody has reverted back with a call nor any courtesy message. Neelam did not even bother to inform that "to please have the seat, once the present customer is completed, she will check with me" she just completed with the sentence that the database is not available.
