[Resolved] VLCC — book appointment & pay all money, in advance in july 2018 for laser treatment

I m sonam sonavane, book appointment & pay all money in advanced in month july, 2018 for laser treatment but nashik vlcc saying after 1 st treatment course their machine faulty from august 2018. I ask about then alternative center they refused we can’t.

In this case what about our money, incomplete treatment & its sideeffect.

Very unprofessional response from vlcc & they don’t need customer satisfaction.

Please do needful asap as i m nre customer in few need to join again abroad for my next assignment.

I hope vlcc will take action & waiting for positive response.
