[Resolved] VLCC — cheating on cool tech service

I had taken a cool tech service of 59000 rupees for my thighs from vlcc kasba. It was promised to me that it will permanently resuce thighs otherwise there will be a refund. I had taken this service in 2017 from then onwards i have been calling the office and customer care for the refund they are not even answering. Everytime they ask me to wait for 48hrs then no response. This time i will take legal action if no refund is made
