In december'18, my wife kiranpreet kaur ([protected]/[protected]) enrolled for a slimming package at your dwarka centre (Sector-11 branch). She opted for 59000/- package, wherein ~80000/- worth services were offered.
In the 1st quarter of 2019, the same center caught fire and we were given the option to continue to avail the services at your janak puri branch, which practically not possible for her as one-way travel takes 45mns. We enquired and their local team (Dwarka centre) informed us that vlcc is in the process of finalizing another location and dwarka centre shall be operational in a few months.
We waited for 6 months but we didn't get any update/information/timeline on dwarka centre and ironically when your call center was contacted they also had no clue. Later in november/december'19, nidhi called us to inform that dwarka centre shall be operational by mid/later part of jan'20. She also mentioned that we shall be compensated (By additional services) for the delay.
Again, in jan'20 i called their call center and to our surprise, the executive had no clue and rather taking up the matter internally requested us to send mail to them. We wrote them on 23rd jan and got revert that somebody will contact us to resolve the matter.
We have been chasing them since then but no response.
Request if anybody can look into the matter and resolve this at the earliest.
