I have joined vlcc in 2017 for weight loss & continuing by renewal of package at regular intervals. Last 3-4 months i was unable to go centre due to my job constraints that i have informed them time to time. Today i visited centre now they are telling that if you renew package then only old package will be revived neither it will be lapsed. One more thing they don't have any record of my last booked package either in system or manual folder.
Repeatedly counselors are getting changed & while booking package they tell something after booking their behaviour gets change. Most of the time centre was having only one male therapist due to that i have to return back without taking session. I want to tell that if you are following rules in very strict manner then please implement this for customer facility also.
