Booked an appointment for 3 services at this salon. They have charged me in advance as i booked them online.
On reaching they said that they can only provide 2 of the said services and for the third i can come later.
Now i had booked the service only after confirming from them and they assured that everything will be as discussed.
But on reaching i came to know that they don't have any interaction with there customer care service and both customer care and service delivery centres book as they wish.
Now my question whos is going to refund my amount. You people should be punished for these activities. Giving one star as i cannot give less than that Was this information helpful? |
