This is to state that i have taken many package of 1.5 lakh after a conversation with a marketing officer and center manager at gwalior. They said that i can utilize the package at any time and anywhere as i have shared my concern that i have a transferrable job. They said that your package will get transferred wherever you go also they never mentioned any validity period clause to me. I spent my hard earned money for this package but now they just said that i can't avail my rest of the services as my package got expired. I have raised many issue but no satisfactory reply or solution is given to me. This is my first experience with vlcc and i am totally dissatisfied because they are not delivering value for the money to the customers. I also work in a service industry me i know the value of loyal customers. But the customer will eventually get annoyed if he/she doesn't get value for the money he/she paid for the product or service.
Kindly, look into the matter with utter seriousness, otherwise i will have to file my case in consumer forum regarding the same. But before going for such actions i wanted raise the issue with top management so that it can be resolved mutually as it will save our efforts and precious time.
