[Resolved] VLCC Health Care / Wellness — unsatisfactory services

I am an esteemed member at vlcc and having packages for skin treatment & also have a family card to avail various services. These packages were first purchased at your vlcc andheri east centre. I had started my skin treatment at the same centre with dr. Komal mehta. As per the procedure described by her, she had done some kind of chemical peel and frequency treatment. But soon after the treatment my skin was left burning with bruise marks on my face. To my disparity, i had availed this service right before my engagement ceremony. Dr. Komal mehta is probably one of your worst employees and her attitude towards clients is rude. She cannot handle criticism and took things personally once she was confronted. Its really shocking to know that an organisation like vlcc has such kind of employees. I decided to let things be and discontinued availing the skin services.
After sometime i transferred my family package to andheri west branch. Since my package was transferred, i’ve tried to avail services and get appointments at the centre but its shocking to know that they’re always booked out. I also posed as a potential client and tried to get an appointment to which they agreed but as a package client they’ve refused to give appointments citing various reasons. I stopped calling or even trying and its shameful that they don’t even have the responsibility to contact their client or address any grievance for that matter.
Such unprofessionalism, rude & insolent approach by vlcc is quite astonishing. Its quite literal that i’ve spent my hard earned money on the above things and its really upsetting. It’s my kind and humble request you to kindly monitor your staff and the above centres since i might not be the only client been through this disparity. Further to all of the above, i would like to ask you kindly refund the sum of money i’ve paid as i’ve not availed any of the services. The skin service which i went through, i’ve already described the my uncouth experience. I’ve paid a total of rs.72, 900=00/- (All inclusive). Hence, kindly refund my money on priority basis.
