[Resolved] VLCC Healthcare Ltd. — priority only for customers who give tips | |||
this is to complain about people in VLCC taking tips for their services from rich customers and making other clients wait ..I was scheduled an appointment @ 11.30 am and reached there before 10 minutes and while one of the service persons and myself were talking about hair colour and hair cut( these were the services i was about to take) the receptionist asked my service person to immediately attend another customer and as a result i had to wait for 15 - 20 more minutes... Every body has time constraints and i walked out of VLCC just ending up in having Hair cut and no colour..When i was waiting for 15-20 minutes I saw tips being given to that service provider apart from the bill .. So my question is should we also give more money apart from Bill in order to avail our appointed services???? Was this information helpful? | |||
