VLCC — Hydra Facial

I visited VLCC JP Nagar, Bangalore for a hydra facial.I had told the beautician that I have sensitive skin previously.
During the facial while trying to remove blackhead, the device she used gave me severe inflammation.

She didn't tell me about the severity during the facial and just said there is som inflammation, post the facial when I saw my face it had marks all over my nose and right cheek.

Even after raising this complaint, they kept saying it will go within 5 mins and charged me the full amount of Rs.4729

I got it checked by a doctor immediately and the min time to get this inflammation cured is 5days.

I have been cheated and harassed by VLCC
