VLCC — I am complaining on the point of contact and a doctor

I had a appointment on last Sunday 10th April, 2022 where the doctor was unprofessional she hasn’t been using the brush while applying the pill over the face, whenever I visit I keep seeing the different doctors, no Particular one, I had a different reactions over my face when I tried connecting they responded properly, also the counsellor is very rude she misbehaved with me and her name is Swapna, himayatnagar branch, Hyderabad, Telangana-500098
