VLCC — I am not completing my sessions but my money is not refunded.

I have joined VLCC on october. And they told that in weekly minimum 3 sessions I have. But in this covid situation I have hectic work cant go to 3 sessions in week days. So they promised for arranging weekends. But saturady I am asking for sessions they dont give the sessions. And I had lost most of the days. So I want to stop the same and asking my refund. Staff act as very arrogantly and now they dont reply to my mail also.
