[Resolved]  VLCC — Inefficiency in laser hair reduction

This is in reference to my experience at Mira Road branch for Laser Hair Reduction.
I had booked my 8 sessions for almost 50k in September 2021.
Due to some skin infection, I had skipped few months and some months were skipped due to unavailability of machine in the centre.

Apparently, the laser machine only stays available for 2-15th of every month in which they manage the sessions. So I always have to manage my time according to the centre and there’s hardly any choice of day or time.

Even after dealing with this, I did not see any desirable difference in reduction of hair for which I escalated to the centre manager, Nidhi.
The reason could be inefficient laser machine or lack of technicality in service.
The machine was repaired and replaced several times between my sessions.

Nidhi at first assured me that VLCC will take care of this and suddenly when 8 sessions ended, she started avoiding me by not picking up calls or saying she’ll get back and eventually never calling back.
I found this very disrespectful as to how she’s representing VLCC and treating customers in such a manner.

After seeing this treatment, I requested her to transfer my sessions from Mira Road to Andheri as I saw better reviews there.

After completing 8th session at Mira road, I completed my 9th session at Andheri and I saw some visible improvement in the service.

Andheri branch did a way better job and I was very satisfied with the result.
I wanted to be compensated with the loss of time and energy I spent for in Mira Road branch with additional 3-4 sessions at Andheri branch.

The reason I’m asking for 3-4 additional sessions is because the machine in which my session was completed were all in vain. Even the centre knows it and hence they were replacing machines that often. My sessions shouldn’t get counted with faulty machines.

Plus even if the machine was repaired, I had to come 2days for full body because the machine was incapable to complete the session in one go. It used stop working.

This the least I can expect from VLCC as a brand, for which I really invested 50k!

Not to forget the customer service of VLCC is truly pathetic at its highest form as they have no professionalism to deal with customer complaints.
After 2-3 months of sending email I finally received response from them stating they won’t be providing any sessions at Andheri branch.

Highly disappointed!

As per the investigation done entire package has already been consumed by customer and for customer retention we have also given few services as a good will gesture from our end now for further services she has to booked for package.
