VLCC — Inefficient client handling

I am a ten year old client of the NFC branch in South Delhi.
I renew massage package with Maya the Ayurvedic masseuse every year for last ten years. As I have spine issues, I find her technique extremely comfortable and feel safe with her.
I was told in July that she was joining but to date neither the management has informed me nor are they helping me in any manner. I wish to discontinue my packages of massage and Laser and the equivalent amount be either refunded or be converted to beauty visits.
The staff at NFC should be taught ethics of handling disgruntled clients.
