I enrolled for Online Diploma in DIETETICS HEALTH & NUTRITION in June 2022. After a month only there was a disturbance in class schedule as in faculty left VLCC. Thereafter 6-7 new faculties joined and went-off in last 6 months.
Now Old faculty joined-in again and start taking classes. However I had spared past 6 months for this course, now I am occupied in other scheduled business activities.
I contacted Sonika Mathur from support team as well to request to refund because VLCC was unable to deliver timely course delivery. But she insisted to take class and complete the course with 6 month delay.
I request to not only refund course fee but also compensation of potential loss of earning as 6, 00, 000 which I could be earning by practicing dietetics after timely course completion.
VLCC also need to pay 2, 00, 000 of compensation of for the mental grievience caused by the not completing course on time.

My name is Bhavani Eswari and I am doing diploma in Cosmetology in BASIC level. Students studying at basic level are treated very bad and getting insulted infront of everyone.

I joined the weekend class in 2020, I attended the class on weekdays as I work from home and also for an institute batch adjustment. After the lockdown they forgot me saying that they would call me for hair class. So far 4 HR and 4 hair faculties have changed 4 times, Every time I introduced myself to everyone and told them that the class had not started. Now office has been started for me So, I request them to add my name in weekend batch list. They refused it and added it to the weekdays batch.

I request the receptionist for the permission to attend a full-time class on Saturday as I could not attend the class once a week, and she told me to ask for a hair faculty, and he also said yes.

The receptionist suddenly entered the classroom and insulted me in front of everyone by saying that it was time for advanced students. Then I informed
that I'm doing my practical only not listening the advance syllabus. Again he came to the facility and said that such a student should not be allowed inside and left angrily.

I am working as a women health volunteer in a government hospital. Also going to office, due to which I had requested or weekend classes. When he behaved like that, my interest was piqued and I was heartbroken.

I humbly request that the class be played on weekends for me and advice the facilities to treat the students gently with soft heated.

I took admission for Skin aesthetic course and semi permanent makeup on 27th August, with the assurance of class will take 45-50 day and will start from 2nd September but till 14th of December only 3 theory class has been taken from their end, and with all my call and text they replied faculty member is on leave, they are hospitalized, don't have facility members etc excuses

So on 14th of December I wrote and e-mail for the refund, before that i had a long conversation with Institute, now am not at Intrested in continuing the class from your Institute so please refund my all amount...

I am very sad to write this mail to you, even after much discussion about class’s irregularity and standers of teaching.
After 4 months of admission only 4 theory classes ( one is taken by the senior student) and still no confirmation about practical classes when it will happen.

Now I am so sorry to say, institute like VLCC don’t have sufficient faculty to teach, you are assigning your student as faculty to take the class, I haven't paid for that.

In that way I am sorry I can’t do the classes, as you know I have paid my fees from my mother’s saving and took loan and every month paying EMI on the bases of commitment and assurance given to me at the time off admission ( approx 45 days for total course completion).

Every day you are making false assurance, regular class got cancel (without any prior notice, due to having the exam in Institute, I got to know when I asked for the time confirmation at night the day before of class ), Institute don't have enough faculty and the way you are treating like which is really unacceptable for me.

Now I am not willing to continue the course any more, I feel like cheated.
Not Acceptable this kind of things from VLCC.
I like to clam my full refund on urgent bases.

Many calls and conversation on Phone but they are just saying we can't do anything. It will take time, for the refund process it 2-3 days time is enough but it's almost 50 days and still your team haven't refund my amount...

My Name is Pratibha Srivastava. I have completed DDHN course in September'2021 from your VLCC center, but even after more than a year I have not received my course completion certificate. I have been following up with your staff at the center for more than a year, but I am not getting any positive response from anyone. Every time I visit or call at the center, it is always a new face to whom I have to explain everything from the beginning and what I get in return is just a fake promise that they will provide me the certificate as soon as possible. I am really frustrated and mentally harassed with this kind of conduct, that is why I am finally writing to you to look into this issue and please provide the necessary support to get me my course completion certificate. I have paid $35, 943 to study the Hair Dressing course and join the course. First week no class taken. I could attend the class only for 3 to 4 days after class started. I couldn't attend the class due to My mother severely injured due to fire accident. I tried to get back my money from VLCC since its huge amount and situation is very critical. Institute refused to re-pay the payment after two direct walk-ins. I was very badly treated within that 7 business days when I were on the board. They were throw with strong words when I try to get back my money. Special Mention is No proper ID card, Invoice and Study materials also not given. There was indirect mental harassment happened while studying and my reason is very strong to unable continue my courses, So I want to get back my money legally.

I did an online registration for counselling about cosmetology. After two days I got a call from VLCC institute Bhawanipore Kolkata. And we asking a information about cosmetology but she is replying us I don’t have time for explanation if you want to do a course let me know otherwise don’t waste my time her behaviour was unethical and unprofessional. VLCC is a huge brand and if you get a rudely behaviour people will not come to do courses this is unacceptable. I requested to brand kindly please look into this complaint.

My name is Vanlalsangliana basically from Mizoram India move to Bangalore City, Joining for a (1 month 72 hours)Diploma course in spa therapist in VLCC institute Bangalore, after starting a course for like 2 weeks (6 classes) the trainer left and we are being told different different excuses from the institute saying they are recruiting new trainer and after a week they told some maintenance is going on and they were closed again and again after a month of waiting they now told the class will be starting post laser surgery, we need help please sir/ma'am it's very hard to survive in a big city staying in a pg ..i don't have earnings as I'm just a student please help when are we starting the class or else please return the course fees of (Rs- 44000) so that I can look for other institutes and start a course .. please help sir/ma'am...

I'm student of VLCC INSTITUTE. I'M Jagrati Patel. Ï took admission in Diploma in Nutrition And Dietetics from Ahmedabad centre. They charged Rs. 3200 +200 for courier. In my batch students got books in different prices. One o[censored]s got it only in Rs. 824, another one got it for Rs. 1004, another one for Rs. 3200 (including courier). Question is that, there should be equal price for all student. Prices should be same for all. Is this the extra income business study centres started. Why they do this kind of corrupted behaviour. Kindly look into this matter.

I had undertaken coolsculpting from VLCC work 1, 10, 000 INR and was promised photofacials etc. This was at the sohna branch, Gurgaon. There was a woman called Ankita who was the incharge. I haven't got these still even after I changed my city, i was told it's transferrable etc.

Either i will be lodging a complaint, or kindly resolve this . This is absolute ignorance. People ignore calls, put on hold. Just for the services you promised.

I had an appointment on 7th July 2022 but VLCC postponed to 14th July as the laser machine was not working and on 14th VLCC said they can arrange an appointment in Indiranagar so I said yes but today they are saying in Indiranagar also machine is now working itseems. I cannot keep on postponing my schedule because of this so please provide me an appointment today itself.

I am Reshma Begum, I had taken admission in CIDESCO international diploma in Cosmetology course with VLCC Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana. I was offered to pay 250, 000 INR Plus Gst charges, As agreed and made the upfront payment of Rupees 125, 000 with receipt number IN2015R22/00346 dated 28/10/201 to start up the training program. The course was to start on 01/11/21 for the duration of 10 months, it’s been six months now, and not even 10% percent of the course is completed yet, I was cheated by VLCC HOI( Head of the Institution) by providing false information about the course . I informed the institute several times about my difficulty with not having proper faculty to run the classes regularly, frequently changing the staff, no proper teaching lesson plan, and hardly any classes were conducted for one month out of six months hence, the negligence and poor quality of education, since I requested to refund the amount. The request is being ignored. denied to refund the amount. VLCC is playing with the students’ life over the years just getting money to offer training but not being able to provide service, under the guise of this VLCC institution management is looting money from innocent students. It has been more than a month now since this started. We have tried to talk to her, but it has been of no use. As this turned out to be a matter of serious concern, I would request you to act upon this. Looking forward to a positive response from you at the earliest to withdraw my complaint

VLCC sec 35 C Chandigarh staff just knows how to take money from customers but they do not have any sense of customer service or value for their old customers. Nor, do they have any manners to talk to their customers. My 2 massages were left along with a few more things. But, they refused plainly saying that my package doesn't show in their records. Whenever I have been trying to contact VLCC to book my appointment and to check my pending services at VLCC, they never did anything. Nor did theyv inform me about their renewal policy of the package. If this is the service VLCC staff will continue with, I must say that VLCC should be sealed. Highly disappointed with the behaviour of staff especially Rashmi and Kriti who misbehaved with me. I WOULD SUGGEST" NOT TO TAKE ANY PACKAGE" from VLCC. Otherwise, IT'S A BIG BIG LOSS taking package from VLCC. EiTHER they should refund me the money that I had paid for my beauty services or they should give me service. But, I don't feel like dealing with VLCC sec 35 chandigarh staff as they are so annoying. They should get a BIG BIG LESSON. Their branch should also be closed and sealed.

Hi I took a sliming service package from Vlcc Jaipur but after my 2 seatings they started forcing me to take. More paid services which I didn’t want to continue more . But now they are refusing to refund the amount to Bajaj finance people so kindly help me to get this matter solved
