I have completed my amu from vlcc guwahati centre, g.S.Road in march 2020, but till today i have not received my certificate.
This is a mental torture to me as well as all the other students who completed this course.

Hello, I would like to get my refund. After I payed 5k for laser and even before the treatments started l, I called them to cancel due to my doctor advisement that isn’t good for me to do it. Did I find there any understanding? No! They said I can pay more to get more treatments, so it will work or to find someone to get the same treatments, cause they will not refund it. Even if I didn’t have any problems, now I wouldn’t do anything in vlcc clinic and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I feel like they tricked me. And now, no one cares. They don’t care if the treatment will not work, they got the money and that’s it. It’s not like I started the treatments and finished and now I am complaining! I didn’t even start!! I never hear of such a thing. Non-refundable? Yeah, I would understand in case you finish all the treatments and they don’t want to refund the money. But in this case. Come on! I hope you can help, cause I’m thinking to take some serious measures.

I am arjun singh I joined your nail extension course 4/10/21. Ambal VLCC institute. During admission you told your course finish with in 15 days but till today more than 40 days my course still not finish. You are not done my course according my SYLLABUS. Nail art you are not complete mine. You are not done my nail art, you have not perfect faculty about nail art. You are just deposited my fees. Your facalty not perfect in nail extension and doesn't know about nail art. You are not complete my syllabus at least. Please solve this complaint. Otherwise I will go in Court

I was interested in doing health and nutrition course, I paid the fees and then there was no proper response. Before taking the fees I was called multiple times from different phone numbers to enroll. After enrollment there was no proper response or instructions when will the class start. Hi Team,

I have taken 2 services initially with VLCC
DERMAROLLER 6 sessions
and full body laser both the treatment had no results
Well my dermaroller had 0 results and they told me to continue with PRP again paid wholesome through emi for it
Then Doctor got changed in between Milli was the Dr from HSR layout
But I have no result n still I have my 5-6 sessions left and full body laser I have taken initially but have 0 results I had minimum facial hair but now am in a situation where I can’t step out of my house without shaving my face
They told to shave when there is growth in face before the next session due
Now I have beard moustache and am force to apply bleach
My full body session I stopped thinking let me only fix my face first
I m not touching any razor after the session is next due for 14 or 30 days due
I had horrible experience nothing helped me
I want my refund for PRP and my laser remaining session as it’s not utilised i don’t want anything else apart from this.

Just give me back my money I don’t want to do any session with my face I have face infection due to PRP
I m fed up my parents are screaming on me in total have sprang 1 lac 30K ++
But no results
I m fed up of this just give my money I don’t want to spoil my face anymore.

At the time of admission in Food and nutrition course I was lured by a promise of No cost EMI but I am still being charged interest alongwith tax on it even after the 6 months and no resolution or compensation as yet.

Due to my health issues, iam unable to atthend the DIC course..so i want my amount.

I have taken 3 services from VLCC institute. Out of which I am availing one service and I my concern is with other two services. Out of those services I have availed one service partially and the other one hadn't been availed by me till now. I have requested them to cancel my one service( B-line reduction service ) which I haven't availed during pandemic but they refused to refund my money. Till then they haven't refunded now I am facing problem with my another service ( kerafusion) too, they are refusing to let me avail those services which I have paid for. I have been cheated by VLCC SALTLAKE SECTOR 5, KOLKATA branch. Please arrange to refund my money.

Jhoote waade kiye jhoot bola bahut time kiya 4 months ka course mera 1 saal ke karib hogya h jab ki promise kiya tha mera 4 months ka course 2 months mein pura krenge agar mein puri fees deti hu

I had enrolled for AMU and Dietitian course in October 2020. I finished the AMU course in Feb 2021 and completed the exam also in 2nd week of February. In last 7 months, the institute has failed to issue my certificate for the same, after repeated follow ups also I have only been told by Greeshma that there is a technical error From your end due to which I am not getting my certificate. I want a full refund of both my course fees now, since your institute is highly unprofessional and unable to cater to students.

I've taken advance diploma in cosmetic makeup in November and it's August now I've paid full amount for the course and I'm done waiting so i want my refund back for the amount paid

VLCC had taken my money and does not teach anything, kick me out from their institute and not refunding my money Im going through medical issue VLCC is worst

Dear Concerned,

I have visited the VLCC - MALVIYA NAGAR centre to enquire about the beautician training course. I had a discussion with Pooja who explained to me the course details and asked my debit card to check whether it is eligible for EMI or not by transacting Re. 1 as a test for that.
However, Later on, I have received the information from my bank that - The EMI of INR 1, 28, 000 /- (One lakhs and twenty eight thousand Indian rupees) has been enrolled in my account.
I want to inform you that : -
1. I have not purchased any course and neither given my consent(verbal or written) to purchase any course/product from VLCC.
2. I have not given any consent or signed any documents with VLCC regarding such transactions or enrollment of EMI for payment towards VLCC.
3. Also, Along with points 1 and 2 - I have not been given any "invoice or seller's document" from VLCC which may lead to such a payment to be made from my side to VLCC. In short, I have not made any contract/purchase from VLCC which may lead to enrollment of EMI payments from my card towards VLCC.

Hence, As informed above, As of now, I believe that - VLCC has wrongly(mistakenly) enrolled EMI over my card for payment towards VLCC. Please cancel this enrollment of EMI at the earliest and also reimburse me if any charges/taxes accrued on my account for enrollment towards debit card EMI.
In case if VLCC fails to do the needful, I consider this enrollment of EMI(without my consent and without any "legal GST invoice of sale" towards me ) as a financial impropriety from VLCC and will have to move to Consumer courts for seeking the required justice/settlement for this issue.

Awaiting an urgent action and quick response from your side.

There is a salon named "L rose " in Uttarpara, which is claiming to be VLCC institute and operating for a long time. The owner is convincing people that she has taken franchise of VLCC, they also have sign board named VLCC hung outside the parlour. Kindly scrutinize this, I'm an X VLCC staff, and as per my knowledge, there r no VLCC institute here. She is scamming potential candidates.

VLCC institute faculty are harassing the students, They have half knowledge and no proper faculty. Incorrect information is given to students. On the last day when the student have high fever since last 10 days faculty is asking to revise the formats and submit the assignments in one days.

Because of this my wives health has further spoilt.
We want our entire 80000 rupees paid to VLCC back as we feel we are cheated.

In the market their are so many companies are available those who spent the big amount on their advertisement but actully they don't care about the quality of the product or services. VLCC is also one of them it is well known Institute but I am sorry their service is very poor as per their high service prices. I sow so many advertisement of VLCC I a took their service which is extremely poor. First of all their staff is highly unproffesional they have no idea how to deal with the client I am waiting for the beautician and she is busy in the phone I request her but she don't care about the problem. Finally when she came back them I am very disappoint with her service it is completely wastage of money and time. If you like to go with the brand please check the review of the service which is given by the branded company or institute otherwise it is completely wastage.

I am sayali thakur. Join Vlcc in oct 2019 for skin care course there are two course one basic and second advance skin course. I paid around 70000 for both the course. I join this course in Nerul NAVI Mumbai institute
The head Karuna mam not take any action and said head of the Vlcc shradhha mam not taking action

I completed my basic course then lockdown start so I need some because my family faces the money issue. I applied for the refund for my advance course by saying you can cut your tax amount and please refund my money but still they are ignoring my msg and issue please solve as early as possible
Till now I lost my grandfather grandmother and brother due to COVID also still they Vlcc are not have any kind of concern
