VLCC — Mislead, fraudulent, misguided, miss-behaved, unfair service treatment by staff

I have been mislead, fraudulent, misguided, miss-behaved, unfair service treatment given by the VLCC model town Ghaziabad branch, Mrs. Rekha has misguided me with the family card policy,
Initially they did a fraud by using my credit card stating that we are checking the EMI option is available on your card or not but without putting any pin they swiped my card and started my family card but I have complaint on the same day but they sent the bill over my whats app that your bill is registered and your plan has start, that was the time when covid was on peak and I was unable to pay the EMI’s but I have paid because I wasn’t wanted to hit my CIBIL after that I have marked so many mails to VLCC but got no response then I thought to continue this plan as I had no other option and I called the VLCC landline no. And spoke with supervisor Ms. Indu after listening story she told me the new story that your plan was only valid for a year, I seriously got shocked because Ms. Rekha and the other staff Jyoti Bisht told me its a life time free package you can avail anytime you want, and whenever I used to call Ms. Indu starts shouting on me that we can’t do anything again I have visited VLCC 4-5 times even my niece also visited and they misbehaved with her also but later afte so many follow-ups Ms. Rekha entertain me and said I can help with the full amount benefit if you will again start the new package with us as I have confirmed with the my supervisor Indu
then again I visited today on 11th Feb and Ms. Indu store manager she misbehaved with us (me and my niece) asking that I will not at all refund your amount as its a franchise ‘’Jao jo karna hain kar lo main kuch Nhi karungi ye franchise hain yaha jo hum chahte hain wo hota hain’‘ and after so much argument she said if you will pay 15000+tax then only I will give some benefit and that is to half of your package i. e only 15000

So I request you to please look into the matter and want to avail the benefits as its my hard earned money and this brand VLCC is literally harassing me since long when they enrolled me in that plan I lost my guardian I told them I am not in a condition to pay anything as I am not mentally confident and covid is also running but still they did all this to me.
