Very bad experience with customer care. Ur employes are not friendly. They force to do things. Or make compulsory to go with only discussed or tentative plans.
I have booked my bridal makeup and some of pre bridal services. On day 1 only i have told the beauty head that I want to wear nauwari Saree in specific style which I want. Then she assured me that VLCC makeup artists can do that for sure. After some settings she asked me surprisingly that why I m not going with stiched ready to wear Saree.
Even i told her that I will pay only for the services i will take at ur center, but she repeatedly follow me with a bill of my tentative discussed things. In actual i have paid for my makeup already which I haven't done yet. 20 k.
Today I travelled a lot just to reach ur center in time with prior information and here some staff is on leave, some on half day leave, center manager not available, beauty head gone home already, and even makeup artist not available as usual.
