My self vikram jeet singh have been a client with patna vlcc fraser road brancj manager alka ranjan .
Never received any bill against the money paid, service is just pathetic in comparison with other vlcc branches kol & delhi .Fraud and cheated in terms of rates always charge me double the rate .Now i request you a revert which no one is bother to and i would request for a refund asap .

I have been cheated and I deserve an explanation and a refund .
