[Resolved] VLCC — no refund of money even when a single service is not availed.

Vlcc, vivek khand gomti nagar lucknow outlet is a fraud... Yesterday[protected] i made payment of 60000/- rupees for hair removal sessions, but due to some emergency i have to go out of country.. So now i can not avail the services... Payment was made yesterday only... Today morning i came to know about my departure from here... So i requested the branch manager to refund the amount... She (Ms. Komal) cleared denied to refund the amount and said... Do whatever you want to do... We will not refund the money at any cost... I asked her yesterday to take 50% of the total amount but she forced me to deposit complete amount.. And on here request i deposited complete amount of 60000 rupees... Now she is clearly denying to refund even 50% of the amount... Please help...
