I have been with VLCC UAE for many years now. The lat 2 years were the worst. I moved from RAK to ABu DHabi due to work. I requested to shift my file, but I have been told that it is expired and if I need to extend I need to pay extra AED 2500, I agree and asked to receive details on the remaining sessions before I pay. He center refused and asked for the payment first.
I had booked a facial package in January 2021 in Abu Dhabi khalidiah branch, I requested for appointments since then until April but they kept promising to arrange for one. Every time they had an excuse that they could not reach me. I am a client with slimming package as well and I tried to book appointments for facials while attending my sliming sessions but they insisted that they would call me to arrange for it.
I finally reached out to cancel the package since I didn’t use it and requested for refund but it hey refused with the reasons that they do have a refund policy.
I never asked for a refund on other packages for years where I really did not get the full benefits of the products and spent more than 40k with VLCC.
They are unprofessionals, not trustworthy and this aim is make money by any means possible with disregard for the clients needs and requirements.
VLCC you may make more money but I will never come back to your center again.i hope other customers can see that as well Was this information helpful? |
