VLCC — offers not providing in kochi vlcc

Hi, today i booked an appointment at 3 0'clock for haircut @ 199 - kochin vlcc centre. But they ask me to wait there till 4.15... Anyway if they already have the customer... It's ok. And finally they called me for hair cut and they told me for 199, they will just trim my hair and for any other hair cut i need to pay 800 or 899 + tax.. Not sure the exact figure. I didn't opt that one. After that i called the toll free number and intimated my concern. Any its a very bad experience and i never opt your product or services anymore...
