[Resolved]  VLCC — pathetic service/unprofessional behaviour

J have taken a package from vlcc of 80000 rs. They ssured me dat ilm get the results after three month the dermatologist assisted me left office i was continously following with them they (Vlcc allahabad) said she is on leave we are arrangin someone else. Thn in 2019 agai a consultant joined after lot of followup ive got the assurance that the fault is from our end will definitely give you the results he said u need tk follow so. E other treatment and the result was zero somehow he too was trandferred or left agai a new cknsultant came nd saying the treatment which u r taking was not right we wiln give u something else but u have tk pay some other package the same amount whicb u have paid earlier.
I addition to this wants to bring ur kind knowledge that they use an expired product on my face.
The quite handsone amount is left on my earlier package i n asking for the details they are continouly telling me we wilk arrange a call back bt a usual i never rec a call back fron their side.
