VLCC — Really really bad work culture being followed in vlcc

I am a doctor who worked with Vlcc as an employee.while joining Vlcc I was in an impression that I ll be working with a globally renowned company and so I was so happy and excited to be a part of this organization.
But all my dreams shattered off when I
Faced the reality. It's really a very shameful feel to work in Vlcc as the whole senior staff is behind making money.It's all about sale sale and sale.
A Doctor's dignity is not maintend.whole senior staff ll keep on asking about a doctor's sale but not the results he or she has delivered. They tell doctors to do anything rt from taking calls and consulting upto stock maintenance.People's working in this organization are really rude and money oriented.They make doctors work like donkies while paying a very small salary amount that too comes after one and half mnth later.
Doctor's plz make a note of all this before going for an interview
