VLCC — Refund/ Advance Payment done but didn't avail service

I visited VLCC for weight loss treatment. They gave me an offer of 36000 RS for full treatment. I requested that I will pay in 2 installments but they told me as I got discounted offer so I have to pay all the amount in advance. I have paid 5000 RS in advance and took 1 day time to arrange the remaining amount. The next day I visited them and got 1 session of treatment and tried doing the payment from my credit card but it didn't happen as my credit card didn't allow me to do that high payment. I requested that let me look for other alternatives. I spoke to customer care and asked them to allow me to do payment but due to high transactions, they didn't allow me. I have updated the same to VLCC and asked for the suggestion but from that time onwards they stop responding to my calls and messages. I have paid 5000 RS in advance. I want my money back
