VLCC — refund for course not used during lockdown

I have opted for weight loss program with vlcc kandivali branch mumbai in march 20, however due to lockdown i never got enrolled and it july still the situation is not under control atleast in kandiwali. Also am facing issue salary wise i am only sole earner and my father is having high level asthma which makes it immposible for currently to go for this course hence am asking for refund but they are not responding.
