I tried taking the service for coolsculpting sessions in April and paid 2000 in advance, however my doctor suggested not to take these sessions as these will not be helpful, so I informed the same to Preeti but she conviced me to take some massaging sessions for waist reduction and asked to pay 8000 more in advance to take 5 sessions. I had taken one session and thenafter I was unable to take session as there was some medical emergency and went again in October month to continue with the session.
When I reached there, it was shocking when I was informed that my service is expired and I cannot take the sessions now. My issue is this that why I was not informed about this at the time when I was asked to take the sessions. Neither this infor was mentioned on the formed that preeti asked me to fill nor I received any information from VLCC on mail, call or SMS that my service will be expired if I will not use withing 6 months.
This states that VLCC service provider sitting at local level are making fool and just trying to loot the customer. Kindly stop such kind of attitudes. Also provide the refund for the services that I had not used else i iwll raise this complaint on twitter and other social media platform as well. Was this information helpful? |
