[Resolved] VLCC — regarding cysteine hair treatment

In this month
I used some services from vlcc costing approximately 7000 to me
All services provided was not good
The treatment which was done on my hair henceforth did not give me results and therefore wasted all my money and time
I hereby request you to take the highest possible action against them and return my money as soon as possible
I am awaiting for your response

I took the head to toe offer @999 at kakurgachi branch kolkata.the call centre people informed me that I can redeem my loyalty points however at this branch the staff named Swagata said she can’t and said it was already a discounted offer.she used harsh words while talking to her colleague over the phone for me. She was very loud and very rude .
