VLCC — Regarding non-receipt of course completion certificate.

I am writing to formally bring to your attention that I, Monika (W/o Vineet Kumar), had enrolled in the Complete Makeup Artist Program at VLCC Institute, Barasat Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, My enrollment number is SAM/xxxxxx/01496, and I joined the course on 28/02/2024. I successfully completed the course in September 2024.

However, I have not yet received my course completion certificate, despite the passage of several months. I have contacted VLCC Institute Barasat multiple times via phone, but I have not received any proper or justified response from Barasat VLCC Institute. And lastly, call your toll free no. [protected] and suggest to me your support team that complaint in your mail [protected]@vlccgroup.com

This delay is causing me inconvenience, and I kindly request that you look into the matter seriously and arrange to send me my certificate at the earliest.
