I am writing to provide detailed feedback and express my extreme disappointment regarding the services I have received at VLCC Patna, Bander Bagicha, over the past year. My experience with VLCC has been marred by various issues, and I believe it is crucial to address them for the sake of your brand's reputation and customer satisfaction.

To provide a comprehensive overview, here are the key issues I and my family/friends have faced at VLCC Patna: 3rd Floor, Nutan Plaza, Bandar Bagicha, Near Dak Bungalow, Patna, Bihar, 800001

Inadequate Hydra Facial Treatment: I had a Hydra facial done, which was supposed to use specific products and machinery. However, the staff performed it manually, without disclosing the products used. This resulted in an aggressive skin reaction, causing severe itching and discomfort. I had to consult a doctor and take anti-allergic medications to alleviate the symptoms. I shared a photo with the staff, but there was no response.

Denied Kera Smoothening Service: I booked a session for hair smoothening, but the staff refused to provide the service, citing the current condition of my hair, even though I had previously received the treatment.

Asymmetric/poor Hair Highlights: When I opted for hair highlights, I emphasized the importance of a proper job, given my work requirements and the dissatisfaction my sister had to undergo for the same procedure earlier. Unfortunately, the result was highly unsatisfactory. The hair color was uneven, and it bled excessively, making it impossible to wear light-colored clothing for an entire month. The staff's response was unhelpful and blamed my hair quality and hairline alignment. (PFA)

Incorrect Product Usage: During a head massage, I discovered that the staff was using body massage oil instead of the appropriate product for hair. This raised concerns about the use of expired or substandard products.

Inadequate Slimming and Weight Loss Treatment: The slimming and weight loss treatment lacked proper monitoring, as my pre and post-treatment measurements were not taken. I was rushed through the process, and the staff seemed disinterested and concerned just to take a signature on their register.

Inadequate Waxing: Waxing services left unwaxed patches, and staff tried to conceal them with excess oil instead of properly addressing the issue.

Poor Eyebrow Threading: Eyebrow threading resulted in noticeable cut marks on my skin, despite repeated reminders to be careful. (PFA)

Ineffective Haircuts: Haircuts did not address split ends adequately, and the hairstylists appeared indifferent to providing a proper service.

Inefficient Naturica Hair Fall Treatment: A costly Naturica hair fall treatment concluded in just 15 minutes, with no willingness to redo the session when I expressed dissatisfaction because the staff had to leave early.

Incomplete Keratin Smoothening Treatment: A friend received a keratin smoothening treatment on my package that lasted only an hour and lacked essential procedures like hair steaming, leading to no improvement in hair quality. She was not called on the following day to get her hair washed and was said we had already washed it.

Dissatisfactory Haircuts for Family Members: My brothers also received haircuts at VLCC but were so dissatisfied that they had to seek corrective services elsewhere.

Ineffective Detanning and Facials: Family members who availed of facials and de-tanning treatments did not witness any positive changes; instead, their skin quality worsened.

This week as I had an important event coming up I took another facial (on the recommendation of their-house doctor) and ended up with some big pimples on my face along with deep pores(This time it was completely manual with no usage of machines). Otherwise, my face is not this sensitive and I have very smooth skin and healthy skin with absolutely negligible pimple breakouts.
Additionally, I have experienced skin allergies due to the products used at VLCC and have been disheartened by the staff's attitude, suggesting that better service is only achievable through bribes and personal comments about customers' appearance by the staff.

I would like to formally request the following actions:

Immediate Termination of My EMI: I request that you cease any further charges to my EMI account, as I have lost faith in the services provided by VLCC.

Complete Refund: I am seeking a complete refund for the package I purchased, which amounts to INR 118, 000.

I have attached supporting documents and videos for your reference. I urge you to investigate the issues raised and take appropriate action to address them. Failure to do so may lead me to explore other social and legal avenues for resolution.

I sincerely hope that VLCC will take this feedback seriously and work toward improving the quality of services provided to customers.
