I Ms.Tanushree Chakraborty was taking service from VlCC Salon, Siliguri on some skin concerns, the services were Eye cell treatment, Golden peel, Stem-Cellogist.
I have taken some services of the above mentioned treatments but from the month of May I've discontinued the same as I was having some skin issues so my doctor suggested me to discontinue the above mentioned treatments, I spoke to the head of the salon Mrs, Poulomi Chakraborty about discontinuing my treatment and henceforth requesting her to stop the EMI amount being deducted from my account by the company named Fibe, the loan was taken on behalf of this treatment and as i have stopped taking those treatments I'm not obliged to pay for the same So, I've requested several times for the stoppage of the loan since the month of May but my request was going in vain they were not listening to me at all after few months of requesting I started to send her mails on behalf of this but there is still no response.
This is my earnest request to you to please look into the matter and kindly do something to stop the EMI from my account as the finance company harasses me everyday by calling and verbally abusing me to submit my EMI amount,
Please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.
