VLCC — Salary not credited even after serving notice

Dear sir/ mam
I worked in Vlcc (Palam vihar centre in 2016). Due to a family emergency I had to resign. They asked me to serve notice period of a month and instead of 2 months mentioned earlier (as I informed my husband had to undergo an organ transplant ). Inspite of constant request to credit my salary, they never did and retained my one month salary . I kept in sharing reminders over email but all in vain ! My husband expired in 2018 and I could not follow them up much. I request to please provide my salary keeping in mind that inspire of a family medical emergency I was asked to serve a more month notice and I did that. It was an emotional and mental harassment for me.
