On 6th sep as per your 1rs offer i booked 4-5 services and later on i came to know that we can only take 1 service on one number and rest are forfeited and that is perfectly fine with me. But now when the time came to take the services then the centre says they need e-bill and i contacted customer service, on which they said to email it to [protected]@vlccwellness.com and then the only automated response i receive is to give them the number and they will call back and yet it has been 36 hours there has been no call from them. This is the issue now either i want the e-bill to be given to me for the services i opted for otherwise i will take it to the consumer court as this is fraud and misleading to customer and also taking their card details and who knows what you will use it for.
If you are giving these deals then do also mentioned about these rules where it states that you will not send e-bill to customer and the customer service phone will never be answered by anyone and then you will see how many people will use this brand. Just the name is being is not enough, you have to give services to the customers also.
