VLCC — Services issue refund amount

Vlcc prayagraj center they are unethical unpleasant & the lowest quality of staff you have hired
I have already complained twice & this is the last time I am complaining because no improvement have been done in your vlcc center I will no more continue the services there
I will be attaching the screen shot of my call log u can have a look as I have complained twice of the unethical behavior of staff they have now stop giving me appointment for my services they pick up my phone put it on hold for long time, or say appointment not available will call back later but they never call back & never gave me appointment & ignored me from long time
After getting frustrated my husband booked online appointment
The issue is not solved yet
After booking online appointment for services on 30 April 2024 11.am I was present at the center 10.45 because I don't want any drama from your staff that ur late appointment not available
But I waited for more than half & hour ur most of the staff was not on time
Ur staff came at 11.30 even your center head
If your center opens at 11 am & you have given appointment to client at 11.am the service should start at 11am but none of your staff came at time
What is the use of scheduling the appointment that's the waste of time to clients
And if you don't believe my words then kindly check the cctv recording & entry timing of every staff
Kindly put an audit on it & make sure your staff reaches on time because clients have their time value
Not only here the story ends
After getting hair spa done I have appointment for facial & pedicure too
Your center head & receptionist says staff is absent we can't provide services
Here begins another drama of your staff
If your staff is not well he's absent so he must have have informed the center or receptionist your staff do not have that much responsibility or courtesy to inform your clients that staff is absent plz do not come for services before hand
I am 3 months pregnant woman coming for taking my services in Summer time getting a cab booked & after coming at center I get to I won't be able to get my services how disgusting unethical unpleasant & unprofessional is this
Ur staff is just spoiling the brand name of vlcc
The most worst part is that your manager should some how arrange the services by any other staff & manage the situation but she started shouting & fighting that i am creating a drama & natak
Sorry to say but no client can stay calm after such disgusting behaviour
And I tell u very clearly all your staff is creating politics because I have compained before hand & your center head says you have complained many times go & compain one more time & draft a mail they have no fear of their seniors
Ur staff is just taking revenge by not giving appointment & services
This time I want an apology & sorry from your staff for their behavior
And very clearly I am telling you seniors before hand if they pursue any other mis behavior with me I will file a FIR police complain against them
So better make your staff well behaved
Specially praveen pooja & ur center head banerjee
Better not to mess with me I haved paid you money & booked my family package
I will take the services
If you cannot provide services then kindly refund my money as simple as that
