VLCC — Services not provided for slimming services

My wife enrolled for vlcc slimming course in december 2018 through their dwarka branch and we took the bajaj emi option.in the next quarter due to an unfortunate incident, the centre was closed and we were given the only option to visit another branch (Approx. 12-15kms) to continue availing the services. We expressed our limitation due to travel time involved and since then we have been fighting for a refund. Overcall they agreed to adjust the pending amount of 28000/- against beauty services and also agreed to provide complementary services of rs5000/-, but the team has not responded over the mail. We tried calling them and chasing them over the call and mail respectively but all in vain. We are looking for a full refund along with compensation for delay and harassment.
