VLCC — Take huge amount and not provide service

Hello this Richa Pandey i started skin treatment with vlcc Pusa road clinic
Dr. Jasmine and Dr. Guma
Charge huge amount for PRP AND peel
Around 3 lakh
They provide loan services
That time I agree because they told me within 1 month result show
But now 1.5 year no result .
My face burn and dull pimple acne all over my face occurred After treatment
My skin concern not resolved they didnt give me proper treatment everymonth i, ll pay loan amount to vlcc and loan company but vlcc not provide me good services i stop my services. They didnt stop my account loan company not stop my services.

I, m very disappoint because of vlcc clinic I want my money back
