Subject:- Complaint against a defect in a treatment undergone from ur respective clinic.
Sir,
I am Noushad P Hamza living in Doha, Qatar. I visited VLCC Alwab Centre for Weight loss treatment. Consulting Dr Khalid and technical staff Mr Manu, I had undergone Cool tech and freezing treatment in 2019 and by then the whole treatment was over.
After a month I revisited your clinic to consult the same Doctor because I noticed, right side of my Stomach had swollen up, started paining and felt to be so rigid. They told me to check my weight, total body weight increase measurements and fat. Also, they said me they could give a three section free treatment to solve this issue only after Covid pandemic lockdown is called off. But waiting for these long period my situation got worse such that I wasn't able to dress myself properly, the right side started bulging up than the left.
After that I met your Manager in Alwab, Qatar and all she offered was the same 3 section free treatment but again due to covid protocols I couldn't consult.They suggested me Liposuction treatment which cost nearly 2lakh Indian rupees.
Now, it's more worse like I could see my veins. Please help me solve this and get out of this situation before it become more worse.
I hope you will give me a positive reply and do the needful as soon as possible.
