I have taken package for laser treatment at vlcc, kasba, kolkata. at the time of taking the package itself i had informed mr tarpito banaerjee and angana (who has now left vlcc) that i would require to transfer the package to different city to which they had agreed. i have paid for unlimited sessions at this branch. i had informed mr tarpito banaerjee for the transfer of the package in april 2016. however, the package has not been transferred till date (29th july 2016). i have been given false promises every day that it will happen today. however, it has been more than four months and transfer has not happened so far. till now they have done nothing and whenever i am trying to contact mr banerjee is not picking up my calls and not responding to my messages. i request vlcc authorities to look into this matter immediately and resolve it.
