[Resolved] VLCC — Very bad service fraud treatment provide

Hi Team,
i am lalit, undergone the treatment for Fillers in VLCC.. they were given assurance that from the very first sitting, there would be a very good change in results. But it never happened . Instead, the face became more worse. The treatment was never happened correctly from the beginning. . During this treatment, we had to take the treatment was charged with 50k. I have paid the total amount at the beginning. Now the kind of response from VLCC staff, specially "Shalini" was really bad. She never answers the calls nor she bothered how i getting the result. This completely lost faith in VLCC.

Now we are looking forward to stop taking the treatment further and get our remaining money back.
There was no result at all till now. We have invested a total of 50k which might be a small amount for you, but not for us. Now they are not at all responding to mails/messages/calls. Now we want to file the complaint to recover the complete money that we have invested.

Updated by lalit 25july 7/7/2017 After complaining, they introducing a new doctor Datinderjeet Singh Tulla ( [protected]), I do not agree with the doctor's statement that he said that the i think our team proper did not understand what to do with the actual treatment, but in that What is wrong with me, my 50000 drowns, instead of helping me, the doctor is saying that you can take one new package 8000 package will be correct, while I already paid 50000 and they have been told in the examples, compared to the face with a car.i think Doctor does not understand the difference between the face and the car. I will request to all of you dont go here for treatment, because they deal with only for Money not for treatment. I will refuse to my all knowing person that they cant come here, because this is worst brand. for my conscious i will go indian consumer complaints forum.

Updated by lalit 25july Hi my problem is still as it is no response from VLCC Team, VLCC center manager said that you will see the results after one month n this is what i was promised but now after two months i am not seeing any results so please help me out i have given them 50000 in advance but now they are saying they cant help it and said that they didn't promised anything n also said that we didn't told you that we will be providing 100% guarantee but they told me this thing that they will be giving 100% guarantee so am not understanding what to do please help me out .
